Description
Herefordshire Council (HC) are exploring the feasibility of installing waterless urinals to generate financial savings and to make carbon savings. Before entering into a formal procurement process we are seeking information to allow us to scope the project effectively and establish which companies may be interested in any upcoming procurement exercises. Responses will be treated as confidential and will not be taken into consideration during the tendering process for these services. Please note this is a soft market test and not a tender.
