Description
The Authority seeks a Contractor(s) to provide a comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition report over a 5 year and two month period, approximately 20% of each of the three main Hospital sites to be tested yearly.
The purpose of the condition report is to confirm as far as reasonably practicable, whether or not the electrical installation is in a satisfactory condition for continued service. The completed report will identify damage, deterioration, defects and/or other conditions which may give rise to danger.
The Contract will be broken down into three Lots and each Lot will be evaluated and awarded on an individual basis. Bidders may not necessarily be successfully awarded on all Lots of the bid.
