Description

Nottingham City Homes invites you to tender for the supply of gas and electric meter boxes. The Supplier will comply with all European and UK standards, be able to meet the requirements of Nottingham City Homes as and when requested and be technically efficient and financially able. The Suppliers' performance will be measured by agreed KPIs and be reviewed regularly. Nottingham City Homes (NCH) is an Arms' Length Management Organisation (ALMO) created in 2005 by Nottingham City Council to manage its housing stock of 28,000 rented homes and over 1,000 leasehold properties. This includes approximately 18,000 houses and bungalows, 2,000 high rise flats and almost 8,000 low rise flats (including independent living accommodation for older people).
