Description

Leicester City Council expects to deliver a significant portfolio of capital projects which could be up to circa £240million over the next four years. The proposed Framework Agreement will be for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than two years. The Framework Agreement will be split into four lots, and it is envisaged that the Authority will award to three Suppliers per lot.
The Authority is conducting the procurement using the restricted procedure for the purposes of procuring the works described in the Specification, and in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The portfolio is expected to include:
• Schools;
• Cultural facilities, e.g. museum redevelopment;
• Economic development schemes e.g. workspace;
• City Centre re-generation;
• Transport and public realm;
• City centre re-development e.g. Leicester market.
