Description

The Health Equality Partnerships (HEP) Programme aims to support systems with their efforts to tackle health inequalities through the lens of partnership and system working. This means promoting collaboration and strengthening partnerships, developing system leadership skills at a grassroots level, and providing practical support to underpin that collaboration.
The programme has three elements:
1. Health equality projects
2. Virtual systems leadership learning sets
3. Wider support
