Description
The London Borough of Hillingdon requires a contractor to provide steel bulk bins for use with its commercial waste service and for residents living in flats. Additionally, London Borough of Hillingdon requires a contractor to refurbish its current stock of steel bulk bins to extend the use of existing resources and minimise costs to the running of the commercial waste and flats waste. There are approximately 4,500 refuse bins (mix of all sizes) plus 2,500 recycling bins in operation across the Borough, varying in age from less than one year to ten years and over.
