Description

Harrogate Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest from suitable contractors interested in delivering a refurbishment project at Conyngham Hall, Knaresborough. The site is located on the outskirts of Knaresborough and the Hall is set within its own extensive grounds.

The hall is a large, historic building with Grade II* Listed status which is owned by Harrogate Borough Council and leased to a number of small businesses who occupy individual spaces within the building. Attached to the hall is an Innovation Centre which is a converted 2-storey stable block with a number of individual tenants which also holds Grade II Listed status.

The project involves the internal refurbishment of the Main Building and the Innovation Centre with the remodelling of several internal rooms to form modern kitchen and toilet areas to serve the existing tenants and to attract new tenants.
