We want to provide a suite of engagement opportunities and mechanisms so there is something to suit everyone's needs and preferences. Improving our digital offer is fundamental to this ambition.
The Consultation and Engagement Team wants to provide a digital platform for engagement and consultations. This platform must meet the needs of the many teams across the Council which engage with stakeholders (such as residents, businesses, and partners). It needs to offer a user-friendly, interactive, and intuitive experience for those who use it, both internally and externally, and collate and present data in a way which is comprehensive and easy to analyse
