Description

Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment on one of their existing properties. This property is currently vacant and in need of refurbishment works and adaptations to mee the incoming tenants needs, which are complex. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

• Re-modelling / replacement of existing flat roof structure to side elevation.
• Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property, to include new kitchen and bathroom suites.
• Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations.
• Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property.
• External landscaping works to provide level access and egress.
