The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to conduct an initial pre-procurement market test for Garage Commercial Contract Management pertaining to developments undertaken by The London Borough of Ealing (LBE), covering the following services:
• Providing the management, repairs, and refurbishment service of the HRA garages stock.
• Responsible for the advertising, sign ups and voids of garages to ensure they are let to maximum capacity.
