Description
NHS Nottingham City CCG is looking to appoint a single provider to provide a quality, safe and accessible community and domiciliary phlebotomy service for adults across Nottingham City that are on Warfarin anticoagulation therapy or are being monitored under a Shared Care Protocol on behalf of all Nottingham City GP practices and will include:
• Taking blood samples as clinically required
• Safe storage of blood samples, ready for transportation to the Pathology laboratory for analysis
• The service will provide a clinic location that is easily accessible.
• The service will provide domiciliary visits to those patients that are unable to attend clinics and meet the relevant criteria.
The Invitation to Tender will be published week commencing 6th February 2017 with a return date of 23rd February 2017 (subject to change)
The service will commence 1st April 2017
