Description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Treasury Management Adviser who can provide relevant and timely information and advice to the Council on the following areas: Policy, procedures, economic and interest rate forecasting, debt management, credit worthiness, investment portfolio management, external fund managers, a leasing advisory service and to provide technical advice. Contract is expected to run for 3 years with an option to extend for further 2 years.
