Description

Cambridgeshire County County is seeking a provider that can bring specialist knowledge, insight and skill in the area of graphic design to craft materials which will be used as part of a marketing campaign to attract experienced Children's Social Workers to work for us. Our recruitment team was established in January 2019 to focus on the attraction, recruitment and retention of Children's (and Adult) social workers in Cambridgeshire. The team is at a stage where it is the position to run and manage large scale recruitment campaigns but are looking for additional support to design and develop a new brand message together with a variety of assets (both physical and digital).
