Visit Dorset is the Destination Management Organisation (DMO) for Dorset which helps support and grow Dorset's local economy. Visit Dorset is funded by Dorset Council and membership sales.
Visit Dorset invites tenders for the supply of a website (www.visit-dorset.com), Destination Management System (DMS) and related support and hosting facilities.
The website including DMS is core to our business and is a comprehensive source of tourism information from all sectors of the visitor economy.
www.visit-dorset.com is recognised as the leading official destination website for Dorset. The website received over 2.4 million visitors in 2019.
We want to continue to grow and develop the success of the website and rank highly on leading search engines for key search terms from organic listings whilst increasing the quantity and quality of visitors to the site.
