Description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 27 May 2020 for the following reason: The date for submitting a tender has been extended to 2pm 29th June 2020(FSCS is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for the provision of support, maintenance and consultancy services for it's Finance applications as below:

(i) Support and maintenance for FSCS' on-premise instances of SunSystems, iPOS and associated applications based on current service model;

(ii) Root and branch analysis of FSCS current finance applications to include producing a configuration document;

(iii) SunSystems and iPOS system upgrades to include any associated training;

(iv) Support to migrate to cloud version (if required);

(v) off-premise support - post migration based on the chosen service model (if required).)

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

The contract length is two years with an option for FSCS to extend the contract on two occasions by up to 12 months on each of those occasions, therefore making the effective service terms a potential 4 years.
