Description

To provide Maintenance and Repair Services as required to Colchester Borough Councils Housing Stock. The requirements of the contract will include: (1) Domestic Gas Servicing. (2) Domestic Oil Servicing, (3) Responsive Repairs, (4) 24 hour call-out facility, (5) Boiler Replacements, (6) Heating Installations and Upgrades, (7) Air Source Heat Pumps Servicing, (8) Maintenance of Smoke and CO Detectors & (10) Void and Mutual Exchange Testing.
