Description
LB Southwark are seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors to design and construct nineteennew build units for rent at Daniels Road, London SE15, consisting of five houses and fourteen flats, along withplay areas, a community garden and creating of new pedestrian access routes. The site currently includes garages to be demolished, and existing play space and open green space and is located within an urbandensely populated area, in close proximity to occupied residential dwellings.
