Access database is managed as a standalone system, which does not integrate with existing Omnibus modules currently in use at SCC and requires ongoing maintenance to ensure it is available following future external and internal system updates.

Staffordshire County Council (SCC) currently use OmniTIMES, OmniSTOP and TransXChange Exporter/Importer under a single user licence agreement, that is installed locally on the SCC network and has been in place since 2014
