Description

4 facilitated workshops for up to 25 officials in the GMCA to assist the organisation in making the necessary changes to reflect the new responsibilities and relationship with central government resulting from the Single Settlement, agreed in the Trailblazer Devolution Deal in 2023.
The work will culminate in a short research piece, summarising the content covered by the training sessions.
