Carry out roofing responsive improvements and associated works to Flagship Housing Group owned properties.
The works will be carried out at various sites across Flagship's operating area of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. The tender is divided into geographic Lots: Lot 1 North, Lot 2 East, Lot 3 South and Lot 4 West.
The estimated total value is for maximum contract term of 4 years (initial 2 years + 2 extensions of 12 month each).
