Key service elements include: Manned Guarding; Security Patrols including site locking / unlocking; CCTV Monitoring; Emergency response including incident and alarm responses; Incident reporting; Car Park Management, administration and enforcement; Management and day to day operation of the access control system and database; Issuing Trust ID and access control cards; Cash Collection; Reception Services; Community (mobile) Patrols and building 'lock ups'; External Community site Key Holding and Alarm Response.
