Description

The Service Provider shall set up an annual program of statutory inspections and routine maintenance activities to ensure all equipment receives the required inspections at the correct time. The program shall be issued to the Employers Agent(s) two months in advance of all works taking place. The Service Provider shall at all times comply with all relevant EC and UK statutory and legislative requirements, including any alterations to policy as may take place, and shall be the sole point of contact for any of the Councils concerns with that aspect of performance.
