Description

The Works comprise the refurbishment of the communal areas to 44 low rise communal blocks containing residents and leaseholders in Wirral, Merseyside and its surrounding areas. This is predominantly the painting of internal walls and ceilings, replacement of floor finishes, joinery work i.e. replacing doors and windows and fixing new handrails, minor works to the building envelope i.e. installing trespa cladding and removing concrete canopy's and some minor external works - pressure washing, replacing paviours, repointing works and installing new where required.
