Description

This contract is for the Provision of Due Diligence for County Durham Growth Fund.

The Council has submitted an application for additional ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) funding to continue the delivery of the County Durham Growth Project., of which £110k has been allocated to the procurement of Due Diligence services. Should the Council be unsuccessful in obtaining ERDF funding the Project will not be commissioned. Progression of this procurement exercise and any award of this contract opportunity will be conditional on the Council confirming receipt of the funds from ERDF.
