Description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Assessment and Equipment Service for People who are D/deaf, Deafened or Hard of Hearing. To ensure that people who are D/deaf, deafened or hard of hearing are assessed and receive appropriate equipment which promotes and maintains independence, safety and wellbeing.
The Authority wishes to ensure that its procurement opportunities are open to small and micro local enterprises and voluntary and community sector organisations as it appreciates the very important role they play in the local economy. Tenders from these organisations are particularly welcomed.
The proposed Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years to commence on 1st April 2018 with an option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for a further period or periods up to a total of 2 years, taking the contract term to a maximum of 5 years.
