Description
The University is seeking tenders from highly experienced Facilitators to deliver Lancaster University's prestigious Bonington Programme, the University's top leadership programme, under the terms set out in this ITT.
The programme consists of a number of elements including: 360° feedback; one to one coaching; group workshops; collaborative events with other institutions; masterclasses with senior Lancaster staff and also external subject specialists; a follow-up two day retreat. Participation is by nomination and then a selection process to ensure the calibre of participants is maintained, drawing from all academic and professional service areas of the University.
Candidates bidding for this role will have relevant expertise and a proven track record of facilitating Leadership Programmes in Higher Education.
