Description

Alteration and refurbishment of the existing Kenyan High Commission Estate in London. The works shall be undertaken at two separate properties.
Property 1; 48 Connaught Drive - Strip out, alteration and refurbishment of the existing property with new windows and a new double storey rear extension, including new joinery and kitchen fittings and new electrical and mechanical services installation with new sanitaryware fittings.
Property 2; 78 Winnington Road - Strip out, structural alterations and refurbishment of the existing property with new windows, new ground floor rear extension, first floor side extension and new pitched main roof construction, including new joinery, kitchen and bar fittings and new electrical and mechanical services installation with new sanitaryware fittings.
