Description
The project consists of the installation of new replacement of boiler and hot water plant in each of the 14No. student accommodation flats in Trinity Close.
The objective of this Early Engagement notice is to develop and validate our procurement documents, so that it is possible to ascertain a very close estimation of contract sum, in order the works can be accurately presented to the Finance Committee for approval of budget.
Initial interest in helping with this preliminary consultation should be confirmed by 20th January 2021
