Description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is conducting a Restricted tender to carryout the demolition of an existing car park in Victoria Avenue, Southend and to design and build a replacement multi-storey car park. In order to access the documents, suppliers must log into the Council's e-tendering system: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/ The E-tender Reference is DN229068.

The Council require the contractor to both demolish the existing car park and build the new one under a single JCT Design and Build Contract 2016. The Contractor must either have an in-house design team with architect or employ a suitable design team including architect in order to complete all design aspects of the contract.
