Description
The Council requires a Provider to provide a disposal service for clinical waste collected by the Council from across the City.
The Council shall deliver the clinical waste to the Provider's designated Site(s). The Provider shall receive the Wastes at the Provider's Site(s) in accordance with the conditions of the site.
