Description
This project is for the design and delivery of improvements on quiet routes to the HEZ. These quiet routes are those which use residential and other quieter roads and off road routes to access the HEZ. These routes are existing but improvements to them are required to improve the continuity, legibility and standard of these routes.
This specification describes the works that are required, including a detailed summary of the routes, the issues and objectives for each component.
