This procurement process is being undertaken by Durham County Council on behalf of Chapter Homes. For the avoidance of doubt, all contractual arrangements will be directly with Chapter Homes, a limited company in their own right.\r

This Framework is to appoint a Contractor to deliver new homes on behalf of Chapter Homes. The Framework will be let as a sole supplier agreement with a number one ranked contractor, with a further contractor held in reserve. The number one placed contractor will have first discussion over any subsequent scheme. \r
