Description

Birmingham Property Services is seeking a supplier for the provision of agency services for telecommunication lease renewals and new lease/licence agreements.

The contract will be for a period of 12 months commencing Monday 13 May 2019 until 12 May 2020 with the option to extend for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and funding.

Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
