Description

The Council would like to invite proposals for the preparation of the final design, secure planning permission and provide the council with the information required to procure a contract for the delivery of the new Hothamton Car Park site, Bognor Regis.

This commission will build on the Consultant's Financial Viability and Delivery Analysis work that was successfully undertaken, on behalf of the Council, in 2017.
