Description

Engie, on behalf on North East Lincolnshire Council wish to appoint a supplier to deliver the "Grimsby Commuter Plan scheme" in partnership with Stagecoach East Midlands. The supplier will deliver an end to end solution from the point of application for the commuter pass, to assessing the application, to issuing the commuter pass and providing the whole administrative function of the scheme.
