Description

The project comprises the removal of asbestos and full internal refurbishment of approximately
1/3 of the Second Floor of South Tower as part of Phase 1.
Key dates are as follows :
Date for Commencement of the works- Monday 5th March 2018
Date for Completion of the works- Friday 30th March 2018
Tendering contractors are required to confirm their ability to comply with these dates as part
of their tender submission.
Works will be carried out under the JCT Minor Works Contract with Contractor's Design (2016).
