Commercial & Domestic Heating Maintenance incorporating the inspection, testing, servicing, reactive maintenance and emergency call-out repairs for the following equipment:

- Commercial Gas & Oil Boilers.
- Domestic Boilers (Under 29kW).
- Atmospheric Gas Boilers.
- Pressurisation Units.
- Gas Fired Room Heaters.
- Calorifiers.
- Pumps.
- Chimneys & Flues.

The tender is divided into Lots for Kent Police (Lot 1), Essex Police (Lot 2) and Kent Fire & Rescue Service (Lot 3). Tenderers can apply for one or more Lots.
