Description

As part of the next stages of the Family Hub Networks, we would like to invite you to a session where we can discuss and co-design a specification for a contract which will aim to support community based organisations in delivering formal early help to families within Sheffield. The funding allocated to this project is £600,000 over two years (£300,00 per annum). This contract will work to expand the delivery of the Building Successful Families (BSF) programme (nationally referred to as Supporting Families) and also further embed the principles of the Early Help system across the city. Formal Early Help activity includes working with families who have multiple areas of need, providing them with a lead practitioner and conducting a whole family assessment where action plans are co-produced and objectives are aligned to the national Supporting Families Outcomes Framework. Voluntary and community organisations engagement in delivering formal Early Help and the principles of BSF will ultimately support in: • increasing the number of partners who work whole family and use the Signs of Safety approach • measuring/understanding the impact of whole family working across the wider Early Help system • providing financial incentives to partners to support Sheffield's Early Help goals We would welcome a representative from each service that are interested in coproducing the specification to join us: Date: Wednesday 29th November, 2023 Time: 12.30pm - 3:30pm Venue: Victoria Hall (Committee Room), Norfolk St, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S1 2JB Due to restrictions in capacity at the venue, and to also understand expected attendee numbers, please could we ask you to book on via the link below? https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/invite-to-co-produce-a-tender-specification-to-deliver-formal-early-help-tickets-754462105467?aff=oddtdtcreator
