Description
Lancaster University is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from contractors interested in tendering for the Minor Works Mechanical Services Framework.
Suppliers must complete the EOI Stage in order to be considered for the ITT Stage. Following the receipt of EOIs, a selection process will be undertaken and 6 bidders (target) will be brought through to ITT Stage.
This is a framework contract for minor works mechanical services up to £50k excluding VAT covering plumbing, heating, chilled water, ventilation and associated services. This does not include refrigeration or air conditioning, as these will be tendered separately.
The EOI document has been made available through the University's electronic tendering portal (In-Tend). Tenderers must submit their responses to the EOI through this same portal by the deadline stipulated at the top of the EOI document.
