Description

Full tender details can be found on the South East Business Portal. All correspondence is via the Councils e-tendering software ProContract hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP). The tender is to carry out base build works, including mechanical and electrical works, for the extension and refurbishment of the new Learning Centre as part of the Eling Experience which also includes Eling Tide Mill and walks to Goatee Beach and around Bartley Water.
The Base Build contract forms one part of a successful £1.38m Heritage Lottery Funded bid awarded to New Forest District in partnership with Totton & Eling Town Council (T&ETC).
The Base Build Works for the extension and refurbishment of the new Learning Centre form one part of a series of contracts which also include Restoration of Tide Mill (structure), main fit-out and interactive exhibitions for the new Learning Centre, and environmental / access improvements to external spaces.
