Description

The Council holds and manages an Investment portfolio which it is under a budgetary pressure and statutory obligation to maximise its returns.

Across the portfolio there are a number of lease events (rent reviews / lease renewals) which the Council considers to have potential to achieve rental growth in the region of £85,000 per annum at review.

The complexities of property investment management mean that it is vitally important for Warrington Borough Council to be competent to take decisions in respect to understanding and monitoring risks whilst maximising its rental returns.
