Description
Plymouth City Council has a duty under section 46 of the Public Health (Control of Diseases) Act 1984 to arrange the funeral of persons who have died within the City and who have no relative or other person able or willing to accept financial responsibility for their burial or cremation. The Council are looking for a contractor to arrange a funeral (be it burial or cremation) in accordance with the requirements of set out in this tender.
