Description

Renewal of call handling software. This was introduced to mitigate the transfer of dealing with customer telephone calls which are no longer being dealt with by the customer contact team. The call handling software was originally introduced in the benefits team and more recently introduced in the revenues team.
Procured by West Dorset District Council on behalf of itself, Weymouth & Portland Borough Council and Purbeck District Council (Revenues and Benefits Partnership). Direct awarded using the G cloud 8 Framework, service id 7471 1704 4815 2834. G-Cloud 8 will be replaced by G-Cloud 9 during May 2017.
