Description

Booking System for Rooms, Desks and Parking.

Birmingham Children's Trust is moving to a hybrid / agile working model and requires a booking system that will enable easy booking and effective management of desks, rooms and parking across a number of buildings. Whilst it needs to be an easy and intuitive for those booking resources it also need to be informative telling the user about the resource they are booking and its proximity to other facilities for example. The system also needs to provide information that can be used to help ensure effective utilisation, management and planning of the resources concerned.

This contract will be for a period of 5 years commencing 2nd August 2021 until 1st August 2026.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
