DVLA requires a supplier to lead the analysis activity within a domain through the design, implementation & management of the business analysis & requirements gathering, acquiring extensive knowledge across all products in the domain, and shaping future areas of innovation, managing resources to use these opportunities to improve and maximize the value of the product.
