Description

The East Midlands Leadership Academy (EMLA) wishes to a appoint an organisation to design and delivery a Supporting Transformation Programme.

The overall aim is to deliver a challenging, individually focussed and organisationally relevant, innovative and patient-focussed programme aimed at all NHS staff at agenda for change band 6 and above that are currently leading or experiencing transformation in the East Midlands.

The contract will be for 3 cohorts of 20, with option for a further 4 (max of 7) subject to demand & success.

EMLA is Hosted by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
