Description

Rain water ingress is coming into Lister Ward at ceiling level, this has been happening for some time with various company's looking at the fault and coming back with remedies but cannot pin point the cause of the problem. Capital and Estates have investigated the current situation and believe the water ingress is coming in from the ward above (Harvey Ward) from below the window sills. The scope of works is to investigate where the water ingress is coming in from and rectify.
