Description
Gas Safety Audit Services for Domestic and Communal Housing 2021
You are invited to tender for Gas Safety Audit Services for Domestic and Communal Housing
Main services required include:
1. Provision of an independent audit capability to ensure that the Council's processes, procedures and gas contractors meet with all regulatory standards
2. Annual Audits of the gas contractors who deliver our Gas Maintenance and Service Contract, and Gas Heating Replacement Contract
3. Annual On-site Audit of the Council's Housing gas management records & procedures
4. Audit of Domestic Gas Fired Central Heating Systems, servicing and new installations
5. Carbon Monoxide Investigation (CMDDA1) where required
This contract is anticipated to start in March 2021 and is for a period of 3 years and one month, with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years subject to performance and service requirements.
