Description

To provide inspection, testing and repair services with regard to the electrical installations within all WYFRS's Properties. WYFRS wishes to appoint a Supplier with electrical maintenance experience to provide within each property:

1. A planned programme of maintenance services to the existing electrical installations, fixed and portable appliances and fire alarm systems, and

2. Provide a call out service to effect required reactive maintenance services i.e. repairs and remedial works as required.
