Description

The aim of this project is to commission a contractor to assess the need to carry out a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the National Waste Management Plan for England (NWMP) which is due to be updated in 2019. The Environmental Report produced as part of the SEA process must identify the significant effects on the environment of implementing the plan and reasonable alternatives to it.
